For orders to a country other than mainland France, the Customer is the importer of the Product(s) in question. ARTICLE 2 - Prices

ARTICLE 3 – Orders

ARTICLE 3 Bis - Customer Area - Account

ARTICLE 4 - Payment Terms

The price is payable in full by the Customer on the day the order is placed. Payments made by the Customer will only be considered final after the Seller has actually received the amounts due. The Seller will not be required to deliver the Products ordered by the Customer if the Customer does not pay the price in full under the conditions indicated above.
ARTICLE 5 - Deliveries
The Products ordered by the Customer are digital goods and will be delivered after full payment of the order. Delivery is made as follows:
Game saves and software: sent by email to the address provided by the Customer when ordering.
In-game services: delivered within a maximum of 48 hours, depending on the availability of the Seller and the Customer.
Deliveries are made to the email address provided by the Customer when ordering on the website. Delivery consists of the transfer of access to or control of the digital Product to the Customer. Except in special cases or when a service is unavailable, all Products ordered will be delivered at once.
The Seller undertakes to make every effort to deliver the Products ordered by the Customer within the timeframes mentioned above. If delivery has not taken place within 24 hours of the expiration of the stated delivery time, for any reason other than force majeure or fault on the part of the Customer, the sale may be terminated at the Customer's written request, in accordance with Articles L 216-2, L 216-3, and L 241-4 of the French Consumer Code. The Customer is required to verify the conformity of the delivered Products. After this period, and in the absence of a complaint, the Products will be considered compliant and free from any apparent defects, and no complaints will be validly accepted by the Seller.
The Seller undertakes to promptly refund or replace, at its own expense, any Products that present a lack of conformity or a hidden defect, duly proven by the Customer, in accordance with Articles L 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and these General Terms and Conditions.
The transfer of risks associated with digital Products occurs upon their delivery by email or when they are made available in-game. If the Customer uses a third-party service (e.g., an external platform for file transfer or a third-party digital carrier), the risks are transferred upon the Product being made available to that third party.
ARTICLE 6 - Transfer of Ownership
The transfer of ownership of the Products from the Seller to the Customer will only take place after full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the delivery date of said Products.
ARTICLE 7 - Right of Withdrawal
Given the nature of the Products sold, orders placed by the Customer do not benefit from the right of withdrawal. The contract is therefore definitively concluded upon the Customer placing the order in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in these General Terms and Conditions.
