Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)
According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and EU consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not extend to:
"Supplies of digital content that are not delivered on a tangible medium, the execution of which has started with the prior express agreement and confirmation of the consumer that they lose their right of withdrawal therewith."
